INFORMATION FOR CURATORS/VENDORS INTERESTED IN SELLING AT THE FARM CHICKS FAIR

The Farm Chicks Fair Curators/Vendors (individuals selling their wares) are all hand-selected by the fair’s founder, Serena Thompson. Applications are accepted year-round. If you’re interested in applying, please keep these key points in mind:

  • We rely heavily on the images you submit with your application. The “look” we are seeking is well thought out. Your stock should be quality vintage or handmade items that you have carefully curated and it should be creatively displayed. (No new retail or reproductions are accepted). If you don’t have any images, we recommend creating and photographing small vignettes that clearly express your style. (We are unable to consider applications without images).
If you are applying to sell handmade items, the items need to be made or designed by you. We’re not currently accepting applications for jewelry, candles, essential oils, soaps, lotions, or bath bombs at this time.
All spaces are indoors. Spaces are 10′ x 10′ and $310 each. If you are selected to join in the fair, you may reserve the number of spaces that best fit your needs, depending on availability.
  • No experience? Don’t hesitate to try and make The Farm Chicks Fair your first! Experience isn’t necessary, however, friendliness is. We believe that a happy event is the best kind of event there is.

If you’re interested in applying, please complete the application below. Thanks so much for your interest in The Farm Chicks Fair!

Serena Thompson dreamed of creating a fun and happy little event to sell her vintage and handmade goods. In 2002, she and a handful of friends held the first event in her neighbor’s barn. The sale became wildly popular and began attracting visitors from across the country and recognition in national magazines. Today The Farm Chicks Vintage & Handmade Fair fills the Spokane County Fairgrounds the first full weekend in June each year and features hundreds of creatively and carefully curated spaces packed with vintage and handmade goods. Many describe it as a bucket list event, magical, inspirational, and the best event of its kind in the USA. Serena describes it as the best weekend of the year.
