There’s some point every winter where I feel like I need a sudden infusion of color. It’s kind of like a substitute pop of sun when the sun’s not willing to shine through the clouds. I have always adored everything rainbow but as an adult, it’s kind of hard to pull off without looking like a crazy lady. The trick is to add just a fun pop of rainbow into an outfit, or have the rainbow make one big statement, but never to combine rainbow pieces. And honestly, maybe just a little pair of socks are all the rainbow you need, to make you smile first thing in the morning. I’ve picked some favorite finds to share and hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

The sale became wildly popular and began attracting visitors from across the country and recognition in national magazines. Today The Farm Chicks Vintage & Handmade Fair fills the Spokane County Fairgrounds and features hundreds of creatively and carefully curated spaces packed with vintage and handmade goods. Many describe it as a bucket list event, magical, inspirational, and the best event of its kind in the USA. I describe it as the best weekend of the year!
